'I had to revoke your status to just this room ONLY': Entitled Karen throws tantrum over keycard, facility manager maliciously complies with her demands and changes her permissions

Let this story serve as yet another reminder to choose your battles. It's not worth it to pick a fight with someone who could easily make your life more difficult. If you're unable to see that, you may very well be blinded by your own hubris.

Here, we have a Karen, who was actually named Karen. She shared an office in a building with another woman, whom the Redditor refers to as Karen-in-training. Karen-in-training's keycard was not working and it was part of the Redditor's job as the facility manager of the building to fix keycards. The main Karen of our story overheard their interaction and decided to stir up a fuss over her own keycard's functionality. After triple-checking that her keycard did, in fact, work, the original poster (OP) saw that Karen had far more permissions to other rooms in the building than what she was entitled to have, so he took the opportunity to correct that issue as well. That's what you get for starting unnecessary drama, lady!
